New shots of the beautiful Northern Lights in Lapland.

The northern lights were shot over Lapland.

Huge streaks of green and white lights, shifted with purple, were shot north of the Arctic Circle.

The radiance is the result of a collision between charged particles from the solar wind with the Earth's magnetic field, which is the strongest in the polar regions.
