Gwen Stefani returned with a new song after four years of silence.

Gwen Stefani has released her first new song in four years. In "Let Me Reintroduce Myself", the 51-year-old star returns to her ska and reggae roots when she was a soloist on "No Doubt". A verse from her song "Hollaback Girl" is also included.

In a press release, the singer says that the new song is a way to announce that she is back.

"It's a fun and healing song because I was inspired and I hope to bring some joy. The idea was to write a little nostalgic song, so I think musically it will remind you of the days when I started ska and reggae", the blonde wrote.

Gwen Stefani has not released an album since 2017, when the Christmas "You Make It Feel Like Christmas" was released, reminds BTA. The new song is the first non-festive after the 2016 album "This Is What The Truth Feels Like". In the meantime, she has written about 20 songs, although she has no plans to return.
